5 reasons why John Cena will always be a bigger WWE star than Brock Lesnar 2

#2 Lesnar didn’t have to work his way up

From the moment Lesnar stepped into the promotion, Vince McMahon and his creative team was high on the superstar. And high doesn’t mean the height that Evan Bourne jumps to deliver his moves; it means the height more than what New Jack threw Vic Grimes off at ECW.
Just after months of his debut, Lesnar was feuding with the likes of Hulk Hogan and the Rock. He went on to become the youngest World Champion by defeating Rock at the SummerSlam main event just five months after his debut.
It was then a walk in the park for him while Cena had the tough route. WWE saw Cena only as a midcarder and didn’t even give him a credible push. Cena was actually supposed to be an average midcard heel but it was his sheer hard work and dedication that took him to where he is now.
