So someone backstage sees some weird movie with twins and comes up with the idea of having two Kanes in the WWE main roster. There isn’t any better theory to explain this angle from WWE and no wonder why it was dropped so early.

The man under the imposter Kane was none other than Drew Hankinson (better known as Festus). Almost all the gimmicks he had in WWE was a big failure but Drew did find some success in Japan.
