3. John Morrison

                                               

John Morrison was with the WWE from 2002 (when he competed in Tough Enough) right through to 2011, but there was always a feeling that he could have achieved so much more during his first run with the company.
He was a three-time Intercontinental Champion and a five time tag champion, but a main event push should have arisen at some point throughout his time in WWE. Morrison quickly became notorious for his ability to entertain the crowd with some incredibly exciting spots, and he had a pretty substantial level of popularity amongst wrestling fans. However, as is often the case with the WWE, they didn’t really book him all that well.
When he left in 2011, he said he was planning to retrain with a view to returning to professional wrestling in the future. An acting career has got in the way of that, but you feel that the door should always be open for Morrison to eventually come back and entertain once again.
