10. The Kat
Her opponent was a newcomer known simply as Hervina. While little was known about this competitor, it became abundantly clear that Hervina was not who she claimed to be. When she captured the title, she was exposed as Harvey Wippleman, former manager and longtime employee of WWE. For the first time in WWE history, a male had captured the Women’s Championship.
The booking decision nearly killed any legitimacy the title still had. Someone had decided that Wippleman capturing the gold was a good idea, someone who probably had no respect for the legacy of the championship whatsoever.The Kat would never again taste the glory of championship gold, though that was probably for the best.
As for Wipplemen… he would get what was coming to him soon enough.
