12. Chris Jericho
You can’t look far past Chris Jericho if you’re trying to find someone who loves to show off. Jericho always was cocky, he was always irritating, but he was (and still is) truly brilliant. His character has worked so well down the years because even as he would tell people in a screechy voice to shut the hell up, the irony was that Jericho himself could talk the hind legs off a donkey.
Who else had the audacity to pin their opponent with one foot whilst tensing their pectorals and arms, knowing full well they wouldn’t get the win? Nobody. Jericho has long been one of the best in the business at getting a reaction.Playing to the crowd is perhaps Jericho’s greatest strength, and that’s why he’s enjoying more success with his band, Fozzy. But in wrestling, Jericho really did love to make people angry. Y2J transformed his character to a suit wearing, self righteous, honest man in 2008 and stripped away all of his jokey traits, yet he reached new levels of unpopularity during a feud with Shawn Michaels.
