5. WWE Network Debuting In The UK, Canada, Australia & Outside USA
It’s no surprise that WWE has promoted WWE Network endlessly since it started in late February. Fans all over the world were excited about it when we first heard about it in late 201, but the problem cam when the WWE Network was only made available for users in the United States. It’s a legal thing: different countries have different laws and costs to start up something like that, but that didn’t make it any less frustrating.
There is no definitive date for when WWE Network will be launching in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan and other markets around the world. When Hulk Hogan was in the UK in May he said it was coming soon although they didn’t offer a specific date, and here in Canada they’ve said “late 2014 or early 2015″ for a long time without offering anything specific.
There are ways to get WWE Network outside the US (Google search “WWE network outside USA”), I know for a fact some of my fellow Canadians have it and a number of my UK colleagues also have it, but a lot of people want to get it the right way. They want to get it when it’s available in their country, which is certainly understandable. It will be a big deal when WWE Network is accessible in other countries, because right now the non-American fans are feeling left
out, and that has to change soon.
