6. If The Rock Will Wrestle Again

The Rock has done a number of interviews in the last couple of weeks in anticipation of his Hercules movie, and it seems as though every time he does them he gets asked the same question about if he’s going to wrestle again. His answer is usually the same: he’ll do it if there’s a good story around it.
It’s pretty simple with him, he just wants the right opponent. He’s also said he isn’t going to take a discount, so if WWE wants him they have to pay him the same way they have in the past. Rock also went so far as to say that there was a plan for him to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30 and even WrestleMania 31, but that obviously didn’t happen. He also hinted at Lesnar having other plans at WM31 although he didn’t say the opponent.
The Rock’s in his early 40s now, and while he’s in great shape, he can’t wrestle forever. We want to know if he’s got one more match in him and who he might face if he steps in the ring again. If there is no match for him at WrestleMania 31 then perhaps he’ll get inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame that weekend instead. There’s nothing wrong with that.
