The American dream is based on the idea that through hard work and determination, anyone can achieve their dreams. Cultural and economic backgrounds make no difference; if someone wants it bad enough, then he can make it happen. Of course, that is not always the case for many people out in the real world.
In the world of WWE however, the underdog on a mission to succeed is the stuff that legends are made of. From Rey Mysterio to CM Punk to Daniel Bryan, one guy after another has reached the top even though their critics and fans alike thought it impossible.
If only this were the case in everyday life. If only the underdog could truly overcome the odds and make it to the big time. It’s not impossible but it’s a lot more possible in the world of WWE, where opportunities are placed in front of you and all you have to do is go out and prove you deserve it.
If you do that, then you’re in and if you have the “it” factor, then you will rise to the top. Anyone can succeed in WWE, the playing field is wide open and that is surely much more impressive than what we see in real life.
